The Steamboat Food and Wine Festival takes place throughout Steamboat Springs, Colorado – from downtown to gondola square and private ranches. Please make sure to check your email and the event schedule to find the exact location of the event you are attending.

SFWF is a four day festival with events all around town and throughout the day. Please check the event schedule for exact times and locations.

This event is for those 21 and older. However, the Grand Tasting has an open perimeter and children may access The Land Up Activities. Steamboat’s own Kid’s Garden is also open so that parents can enjoy their time while your children enjoy theirs. These experienced childcare providers are perfect for children ages 12 months to 12 years.

No. All food and drink is covered by the price of your ticket.

• Culinary Program – Each summer the culinary program sends students to Italy for an immersive culinary experience and we’re excited to support the next generation of chefs by supporting their endowment.

Will call locations, pickup instructions, and operating hours will be shared with guests closer to festival weekend. Wristbands and tickets will be available for pickup throughout the event weekend.

In the unlikely event that the Steamboat Food and Wine Festival must be canceled, we will refund your ticket purchase, less credit card processing fees, or you will have the option to move your ticket to next year’s event. Cancellation of the event will be communicated to all patrons as soon as possible and additional instructions will be given should the situation arise.

If the event carries on as planned and you decide it is not within your best interest to attend the festival please contact event staff no later than September 9th, 2022. Tickets may deferred to 2023 or may be refunded, less a 15% administration fee.

If you request a refund after September 9, 2022 your ticket is non-refundable but may be transferred to the 2023 at no charge.

All event wristbands will be available for pick-up at will-call throughout festival weekend. Your ticket can either be printed off or scanned on your phone at the event.
Additional pick-up times and details will be available closer to the event and communicated to all guests via email.
