Bookcliff Vineyards

Bookcliff Vineyards is a Boulder-based Colorado winery with estate-grown fruit from Palisade in the Grand Valley AVA. Founded by John Garlich and Ulla Merz, Bookcliff reflects the rise of Colorado wine through high-elevation vineyards, warm days, cool nights, and wines shaped by the Western Slope’s rugged landscape.

Carboy Winery

Carboy Winery is a Colorado-based winery crafting high-elevation wines from Grand Valley vineyards. Known for innovation and sustainability, it produces fresh, balanced wines that reflect the region’s rugged climate and adventurous spirit.

Holesinsky Winery

Holesinsky Winery is a family-run Idaho winery in the Snake River Valley, working with estate-grown fruit and regional vineyards to showcase Idaho’s high-desert wine country. The wines reflect bright acidity, wide temperature swings, and a western interior region with its own voice.

Songs by Bodega de Edgar

Songs by Bodega de Edgar is a small-lot Paso Robles project blending wine and music. Founded by Edgar Torres, each bottle reflects personal inspiration, French varietals, and minimal intervention winemaking, crafted to express place, story, and soul.

Sutcliffe Vineyards

Sutcliffe Vineyards is located in McElmo Canyon near Cortez, Colorado, where high-desert elevation, sandstone soils, and dramatic temperature shifts shape wines from one of the state’s most distinctive vineyard sites. The estate is known for expressive Colorado wines rooted in place and patience.

The Vineyard House

Rooted in Oakville since 1889, The Vineyard House is a historic Napa Valley estate where legacy and precision converge. Guided by acclaimed winemakers Philippe Melka and Maayan Koschitzky, the 43-acre vineyard produces limited Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and Petit Verdot, expressing the depth and character of its storied land.

Veuve Clicquot

Founded in 1772 in Reims, Veuve Clicquot is one of Champagne’s historic houses, known for its yellow label, Pinot Noir-led blends, and a legacy shaped by Madame Clicquot’s pioneering work in Champagne. At Nightcap, it frames fried chicken with bright acidity and celebratory energy.
