7 Cellars

7Cellars was launched by John Elway and Jeff Sperbeck in collaboration with winemaker Rob Mondavi Jr. to create wines that live up to Elway’s standards of excellence and family legacy. Their flagship Reserve line debuted with a 2013 Cabernet and 2014 Chardonnay and became a sold-out series. In 2020 they expanded with The Farm Collection, making premium wines more accessible. Today those two collections are available in retail and restaurants nationwide, and a portion of proceeds supports Team Rubicon veterans’ initiatives.

Facets Vineyards

Facets is a boutique California wine label sourcing grapes from premium Napa and Sonoma sites to reflect the layered complexity of those terroirs. Under winemaker Julien Fayard, each vintage strives for depth, balance, and a modern expression of classic varietals. Facets wines aim to bridge the elegance of estate wines with broad appeal.

Château Miraval

Château Miraval blends Provençal heritage with modern organic practices under the guidance of Famille Perrin. Acquired in partnership with Brad Pitt and formerly Angelina Jolie, the estate produces wines that emphasize finesse, freshness, and terroir influence. Its Rosé in particular has become iconic for its balance and character.

Kendall-Jackson Wines

Founded in 1982 by Jess Jackson, Kendall-Jackson grew from a family vineyard into a renowned California wine house focused on quality and sustainability. The Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay launched early and set a benchmark for American Chardonnay excellence. Over time the brand expanded with reserve and premium lines, while maintaining commitment to environmental practices and diverse varietals.

Jade Gross

Jade Gross is a rising Rioja winemaker whose journey moved from human-rights law and haute cuisine to crafting boutique wines in La Rioja. Her label focuses on terroir-driven, artisan wines — minimal intervention, small lots with native fermentation and expressive varietals. For example, her Harrobia is a single‐vineyard Tempranillo aged in French oak, offering forest berry, spice, and mineral notes. She also produces Peace, Love & Garnacha — a 100% Garnacha from a clay-ferrous plot in Rioja Alta, balanced and floral. Her white Chiguita blends Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, and White Grenache, fermented in French oak to produce aromatic complexity.

J. Dirt

J. Dirt Wines manages nearly 700 acres in Santa Barbara County, farming about 200 acres while preserving the rest as natural habitat. They have been Demeter-certified biodynamic across both vineyard and winemaking operations since 2013. Originally growers supplying other wineries, they began producing small batches of their own wines in 2017. Their portfolio includes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Syrah, and Viognier, with each lot reflecting the character of its vineyard. The name “J. Dirt” began as a family nickname and became an emblem of their grounded, land-focused philosophy.

Carboy Winery has been pioneering a new frontier in American winemaking since 2016, demonstrating that Colorado can produce world-class wines. From the rugged soils of Colorado’s Grand Valley to the distinct terroir of Washington’s Horse Heaven Hills, they craft expressive high-elevation wines—from experimental blends to Charmat méthode sparklings and still wines. With four destination tasting rooms and a passionate community of makers, growers, and collaborators, Carboy weaves wine into the western lifestyle. In 2021 they added over 30 acres of estate vineyards in Grand Valley and expanded operations to Washington, forming a “tale of two states” that mirrors their spirit of exploration.

Aquila Cellars

Aquila Cellars is a winery and farm in Colorado’s North Fork Valley committed to responsible land management and minimal cellar practices. Their wines are “living, unfiltered,” favoring energy over power and freshness over richness. The team—Brandt Thibodeaux as Land Manager & Winemaker and Courtney Gayer as Winemaker & Marketing—crafts expressions rooted in high-elevation terroir. They offer tastings at The Green Room in Denver’s RiNo and The Painted Pig in Carbondale, and distribute through Yes Wine Co. across Colorado.
