At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Collin Kelley, known for his dedication to locally sourced ingredients and bold flavor combinations, leads the culinary team with passion and expertise. Joining him are 2024 James Beard Award Winner Chef Matt Vawter (Rootstalk) and Chef Blake Edmunds (Senor Bear & Mister Oso), both esteemed chefs in their own right, whose culinary talents complement and elevate the dining experience to new heights. Each course will be paired with wines from Synergy Fine Wines.
