Saturday, October 3rd:
- 7:00 – 11:00 am – Grand Tasting Setup
- 8:00 – 11:00 am Grand Tasting Setup
- 9:30 – 11:45 am Rooted in the Community
- 10:30 am – 1:00 pm – Sustainable Winemaking Demo
- 10:30 am – 3:00 pm Grand Tasting
- 11:00 am – 1:30 pm Tequila & Mezcal Seminar
- 12:00 – 2:30 pm Jim Beam Seminar
- 3:00 – 7:00 pm Grand Tasting
- 6:30 – 9:30 pm Grand Tasting tear down
Sunday, October 4th:
- 9:00 am – 1:00 pm – Espresso & Prosecco Brunch
- 12:00 – 4:00 pm - Espresso & Prosecco Brunch

Volunteer Agreement
I agree to volunteer for shifts mutually agreed upon. If I cannot make a shift I will notify the Festival coordinator as soon as possible. I agree to hold harmless the Steamboat Food & Wine Festival for any injuries that may occur while working at the Festival.
