With this team, expect to see a mix of vegetarian and carnivore dishes alike – a team offering the perfect yin and yang at local celebrity restaurateur, Hannah Hopkins newest venture, Yampa Valley Kitchen, the stunning restaurant formally home to Low Country and Cloverdale.
