Chef Hosea Rosenberg, BravoTop Chef winner season 9 of Boulder’s BlackBelly, along with Head Butcher Kelly Kawachi and Truffle Pig’s own Chef Chris Lotz featured Colorado lamb generously supplied by the American Lamb Board, and featured wines from Maison Domaine and featured cocktails from Roku Gin by our very own Mark Stanford.
