The Steamboat Food & Wine Festival Grand Tasting is Saturday, October 1st, 2pm-6pm at the base of the mountain at Torian Plum Plaza. Fee includes tenting, (2) 6' tables, 2 linens and signage. Load in and load out details will be shared 2 weeks (September 15, 2022) prior to the festival kick-off. An invoice request will be sent upon approval of your participation. The invoice is due in full with 30 day terms. If within 30 days of festival payment is due in full no later than September 23, 2022. No exhibitors will be permitted to participate without payment completed prior to the start of the festival.
Will you need electricity?*
Please be sure to obtain all necessary permits and documents in advance of the event. The following documents are required (please note, not all documents apply to all vendor types): State Sales Tax License City of Steamboat Sales Tax License Liability Insurance All vendors are required to obtain general liability insurance. We will be requesting your sales tax license via email for the city 2 weeks prior to the start of the festival (September 15, 2022). Any delays to this request will resort in additional fees. Please name the events you are participating in as additionally insured. HobNob Events and the respective events are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred or caused by vendors.*
