Collin Kelly Chef Dinner

Participants spent the evening with Local Chef Collin Kelly at his new restaurant Primrose for a whole animal dinner paird with wines from Dunites. Chef Collin purchased a locally raised steer at the Route County 4H auction, and each chef prepared a cut of the animal to utilize for the dinner. Chef Kelly was joined by Tristen Epps Chef De Cuisine at Red Rooster Overtown in Miami.
