Throughout the course of the weekend as well as following the festival we’ll be encouraging patrons to support those that were at the festival - we’d love for you to include a link where patrons can purchase wines or sign up for wine clubs. We also encourage you to have information available at any events where you participate throughout the weekend. As you know - offering a discount or promotion to participants is a great way to track purchases!

The Steamboat Food & Wine Festival Grand Tasting is Saturday, October 1st, 2pm-6pm at Torian Plum and will host 1,200 enthusiasts.

For participation in the Grand Tasting event on Saturday, October 1st (2 pm-6 pm) the tabling fee is $200 and includes the following:

  • Tenting
  • (2) 6′ tables
  • (2) Black linens
  • Signage
  • Ice, bus tubs and tasting glasses

 

Beverage Partners will be responsible for:

  • Interesting wines for an engaged and elevated audience
    • We recommend 3-6 skus and 4 cases
  • Staffing for table
  • Set Up/Tear Down of station
  • Table décor
