James Beard-winning Chef Alex Seidel created a Baja-Style feast featuring culinary and beverage talent curated by Seidel himself. Chef Ceasear Pita and Chef Collarte from Baja Mexico, along with mixolgogist Danny Sanchez also from the Cabo area, prepared dinner al carbon–over an open fire. Winemaker Edgar Torres featured wines from his Paso Robles winery Bodega de Edgar.
